West Coast Bank Expands Wealth Management Team

California's First Private Bank & Trust is adding four new members to its senior management team. Michael Winiarski is to be executive vice president and chief finance officer, Jim Stephen will be executive vice president and managing director of Wealth Management, Adam Silverman is the new senior vice president and head of private mortgage banking and Caleb Willis was promoted to vice president and manager of SBA Lending. "These additions to the leadership team at First Private bring banking, mortgage, and wealth management capabilities that better align with our core focus on providing exceptional private banking services," said V Charles Jackson, chief executive of First Private, in a statement. "We now have the right people in place to aggressively execute on our strategy of pursuing growth in the Southern California region, a market which we believe has exceptional potential over the long-term," he said.
